About the Founder

Trained in classical ballet since childhood, I moved to the UK at 13. After graduating from the Arts Educational School, I discovered Pilates through rehabilitation and earned my teaching qualification at the Laban Centre, City University of London.

With extensive experience teaching at Laban, the Royal Academy of Dance (RAD), and various studios, I have supported diverse clients ranging from dancers and athletes to the elderly and post-operative patients.

As a certified Clinical Aromatherapist (IFPA) and Reflexologist (AoR), I have also provided holistic care in clinics and hospices across the UK.

Now based in Tokyo as a freelance instructor and professional translator for international educators, I am dedicated to bridging world-class movement education with the Japanese community.
